Receipe for Making a Thin Bread
Ingredients
- 2cups all purpose flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 3tsp sugar
- 1cup warm water
- 2tbs oil
Preparation Steps
- In a bowl, add the baking powder, salt, sugar & oil to the warm water.
- Stir them all together.
- Add the flour to the solution and knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Put your dough into the pizza oven and press into flat disk.
- Set your temperature around 220.
- Wait until it is ready and turn it to the other side.
Notes
- You may substitute the all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour or
bread flour.
- I usually spread a mixture of spicy red pepper and oil all over the flat bread. You may try it that way if you like spicy food.
