Receipe for Making a Thin Bread

Ingredients

  • 2cups all purpose flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 3tsp sugar
  • 1cup warm water
  • 2tbs oil

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, add the baking powder, salt, sugar & oil to the warm water.
  • Stir them all together.
  • Add the flour to the solution and knead for 5-7 minutes.
  • Put your dough into the pizza oven and press into flat disk.
  • Set your temperature around 220.
  • Wait until it is ready and turn it to the other side.

Notes

  • You may substitute the all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour or bread flour.
  • I usually spread a mixture of spicy red pepper and oil all over the flat bread. You may try it that way if you like spicy food.
